Ye, the stage name of Kanye West, who made anti-Semitic comments on social media, and donned a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt during Paris Fashion Week in October 2022, which set up a string of controversy.
The American rapper’s relationships with several notable companies and athletes came to an end, during the following several days.Ye is no longer listed as a billionaire on Forbes’ list, despite owning some of the most valuable items, including ranches and a Boeing 747, a status he had till 2020.
On October 3rd, Ye held a private show during Paris Fashion Week for 100 guests. He was seen wearing a “White Lives Matter” T-shirt to this performance. Many criticized the phrase, as a fascist rallying cry in reaction to the Black Lives Matter campaign.
Days later, Ye made ominous comments on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show that the network chose not to air. Nevertheless, the unreleased movie was eventually made public, and according to TIME magazine, it shows Ye making false claims about abortion, and disparaging American singer-rapper Lizzo because she is fat.
Additionally, he stated that Jewish Jared Kushner, the son-in-law of former President Donald Trump, brokered Middle East peace agreements to make money. Organizations and businesses that have ceased working with Ye; a number of well-known business people who were connected to the rapper ended their association with him as the controversy over Ye’s words heated up even further.
JP Morgan Chase cuts ties with-
JP Morgan Chase severed its relationship with Ye; however, rumors claim that the bank made this move before the current scandal surrounding the rapper.
The bank cut ties with Ye, and his label Yeezy Inc. on September 20, according to a letter posted on Twitter by conservative US commentator, Candace Owens. On October 12, when Owens posted the letter, the information was made widely known. The bank will keep the accounts open, until November 21. After that date, Ye must transfer the accounts to a different bank, according to The New York Times, which confirmed the development.
Ye addressed all the controversies around him telling Page Six on October 12. Ye made conspiratorial accusations, regarding George Floyd’s death in a podcast for Drink Champs hosted by N.O.R.E. and DJ EFN.
He also addressed the increasing issue over his “White Lives Matter” T-shirt. The episode had been taken down, according to a Drink Champs representative who spoke with The Hollywood Reporter on October 18.
Ye is no longer involved with Vogue and Anna Wintour-
Page Six stated on October 21 that Anna Wintour, the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue, and Ye had ended their relationship, as a result of the scandal surrounding- Ye’s anti-Semitic remarks and the White Lives Matter dispute.
Since the year 2009, Wintour and Ye have become friends. Wintour was reportedly spotted wearing Yeezy’s new sunglasses in press shots from September, despite Ye having publicly harassed Kardashian online regarding their kids.
On October 24, Deadline reported that one of Hollywood’s largest talent agencies, CAA has ended its relationship with Ye, as a result of Ye’s comments. The report claims that CAA exclusively represented Ye during his tours.
Ye joined the agency in 2016, but according to Deadline, he hasn’t embarked on a tour since. On October 23, CEO of UTA, Ye’s previous agency before switching to CAA, Jeremy Zimmer called for a boycott of the rapper in a message distributed to all employees.

According to TMZ, the Heartless star also found time this week to troll Justin Bieber’s wife Hailey Bieber. As a result, the Canadian singer ended their friendship. Hailey expressed her support for Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, the fashion Editor of Vogue, earlier in the week when she criticised Kanye West for wearing very divisive White Lives Matter T-shirts to Paris Fashion Week. By tweeting a screenshot of an old news article containing rumors of a relationship between Hailey Baldwin and Canadian musician Drake, West fanned the flames even more.

Kanye for US president –
West appears to be rekindling his presidential ambitions as he returns to Twitter after a two-year absence. The last post, West made was in November of last year, and it features a picture of him standing in front of an electoral map of the US, which is related to his failed presidential campaign.
West ran for president for the first time in 12 states, missing the filing date in the majority of the rest. He received more than 10,000 votes in Tennessee, a state that traditionally supports Republican candidates, giving him the most votes overall.
Calling slavery, a "choice" -
While appearing on TMZ Live, West made controversial remarks about slavery while sporting a red “Make America Great Again” baseball cap, which is a favorite among supporters of former US President Donald Trump. “When you learn about 400 years of slavery. 4 hundred years? That seems to be a choice,” he observed. West’s statement drew an angry response from reporter Van Lathan, who cautioned him that it would have “real-life ramifications.”
